Ainsley turns the little 3-0

This morning as I sit here and write, our little one has just moved on to 30 weeks of gestational age.  She really seems to be doing well.  She is currently at 2lbs and 15.6oz.  Her CPAP is at 4cm, yesterday they moved her from 5cm.  She seems to be doing very well with that setting, but the doctors have told us that sometimes it can take up to a week before you can know for sure.

We both realized yesterday as we have seen her doing better and better, our minds have began to wander from the room here at the NICU to our room at home and beyond.  This is both a great thing and a scary thing at the same time, but we know we have plenty of time to think about and prepare for these things in the near future.

Thank you all for your support and prayers

 Some various pictures below:

way to go, Miss Ainsley- almost 3 lbs already! her growth is definitely obvious in her most recent pictures...keep getting bigger and stronger every day, baby girl!
oh my goodness, she totally adores her daddy already-i LOVE the pic of her looking at him, sucking on his finger, and holding on to another finger... and i love how peaceful she looks when you guys are holding her- good job mom & dad! keep up the good work. you are such a great team, and are the best parents Ainsley could have possibly been blessed with. during the hard moments, i hope you feel the love and support of those around you. you are SO loved, and prayed for often, friends.
i can't wait to see all 3 of you in a few weeks!
love you!
