DOL 36

Our little girl is doing well.  The last post was about moving back to CPAP of four.  Today she was moved to CPAP of three to try to wean her off the CPAP.  We are expecting that she will stay on three for a few days and then try the nasal cannula again.  So far she is doing well on three.

She continues to grow.  Ainsley is now 4lbs 15.2oz!  It is so fun to see her fill out and get some cute baby rolls.  Both of us have enjoyed kangaroo time and love to feel how much bigger she is getting when we hold her.

We are so thankful for all of the love and support of our friends and family.  Thank you for all the ways you have shown your love for us: meals, cards, money for meals, text messages, and emails.  We so appreciate your thoughtfulness and your love has made a tough time a little less tough.  Thank you!

I have another bible verse hope its ok with you.. "your heavenly Father already knows all your needs, and he will give you all you need from day to day if you live for him and make the Kingdom of God your primary concern. So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today." -Matthew 6:32-34 From what I hear Ainsley is doing good and that is wonderful! I know thats a pretty powerful verse but I hope it helps a little. If you don't know already I have to have another surgery but they dont know if its cancer or not I just wanted you to know but I am not scared at all so dont worry about me. Everything happens for a reason!

Lisa, Thank you very much for your encouraging verses and words. Very true about taking one day at a time.

I did hear about your upcoming surgery, you will be in both our thoughts and prayers. Stay strong!
