DUE DATE

Well today is officially Ainsley's original due date.  However we have had the opportunity of being with her for almost 12 weeks already. 

We had an appt on Monday where she was weighed and clocked in at a whopping 7lbs 13oz.  I believe that today she is probably around 8lbs we will find out tomorrow at her drs appt. 

It has been so amazing to watch her growth in all areas.  It is crazy to think back only a while ago when we had a 2lb 8oz (at her low) little baby.  She is having more and more awake time as she gets older it is lots of fun.  Things are going very well at home, it is so nice to have your own space.  We are still having some bouts with the bloody stool, however it does seem to be getting better; so for now it looks as though moms milk free diet seems to be helping. 

We also got to take her on our first walk...the stars finally aligned with the weather cooperating, Ainsley being fed and both mommy and daddy being awake.  It was so crazy it made us both feel more normal, the hardest thing about this whole situation was just feeling as though we missed all of the normal (fun) new baby activities.  We know they will come we just need to continue to have patience and enjoy them when they do.
